sup peeps just finished my second cardio workout for today and thought id share the prog with ya. we did a 3km run and a 20km indoor cycle for a total of 917cals and its still 3pm! calorie intake is looking like 650cals so far without dinner. got a shift finishing at 930 so were in a decent defi for sure!
