Thanks, Turbo! Muscle ups are one of those things where you can be coached to death on and still not get them.
They simply take practice. A good rule of thumb is you need to be able to do 8 strict pull ups and 5 ring dips first and foremost,
which I'm sure you have.

Yeah this stuff is nuts. I have it compacted in my journal but it's actually a ton of volume.
My body is still adjusting but almost there. Feeling good.
