Got home yesterday and made the gym

Engage in activity today that will make you thankful tomorrow. Fill this week with what you’ll continue to be thankful for when next month arrives.

Look ahead, anticipate what will bring richness to the world, and work on that. Look ahead, realize what you’re going to surely regret, and stay away from it.

You know with certainty that the future is coming. Do your best to accommodate it.

Each hour of today will be spent doing one thing or another. As you choose how to spend those hours, take into consideration the enduring effects of your choices.

Creating a more positive future is actually no more difficult than the less desirable choice of ignoring the future. You just have to be intentional about it, and then act on your intentions.

Look ahead, remind yourself of your responsibility to your future. Then cheerfully shoulder that responsibility and enjoy creating the kind of future where you will be eager to live.

Felt really strong! So decided to PR on flat and incline bench …. Worked up to and pressed 340 on flat and
265 on incline. Finished off with some cable flys

When you slip up, when you disappoint yourself, make note of it and vow to do better. But don’t be too hard on yourself.

There are benefits that come from being firm about exercising control over your behavior going forward. But there’s nothing to be gained by wallowing in guilt about what’s already been done or not done.

Give yourself a break. Get over it, and take the opportunity to move into a positive frame of mind.

What’s done is done, and you’ve learned from it. So put the lesson to good use.

Look forward and consider all the good you can do. Step forward and take sober, measured, effective actions.

Transform the weight of regret into the energy of determination. Point that energy in a positive, meaningful direction, and get busy doing something great

Don’t know if you guys have seen in news the big snow and shit. I am on the very edge 5 inches and like 20-30 below with wind chill. Fucking sucks the life outta me working all day in that. Ugh!! Did get in only twice for legs and delts . Definitely need to push for more regular and consistent. Gonna up the test beyond TRT doses and try to really push it. So let’s see what I can do.

Seek competence. Create it, make use of it, admire it, learn from it, expand on it.

All kinds of possibilities swirl around in chaos and uncertainty. With competence you can transform those possibilities into concrete value.

Do what you do not just to get it done. Do it also as a way of exercising and strengthening your competence.

For competence pays continuing dividends. Once you’ve acquired a particular competence, you can put it to beneficial use again and again.

When you develop competence in one area, you’ll be inspired, encouraged, and in position to expand it to other areas. With a reputation for competence, opportunities to utilize it frequently come your way.

Competence is worth the extra effort, the diligence, the commitment. Demand competence of yourself, encourage and value competence in others, and find satisfaction in its many rewards

No cardio

Thinking my HRT is low at 250 mg gonna double it up to 500 mg a week it’s TestE ride that for maybe a month on a cleaner diet with some cardio occasionally. Then add a little anavar. Maybe 50 mgs a day. Sounds like a plan guys! I’ll post some pics and you will see I am not really I’m any shape to run a cycle now. I definitely need to tighten up and hit my “ natural “ potential with just the hormone replacement before I start adding anything with the testosterone. Thanks guys
