Bought a squat rack a REAL flat bench 500 some odd pounds of weights that came with two cheap barbells one I bronated. The other I kept and then an actual bench bar.

Yes I need more poundage
Yes I need dumbbells
Yes I need more space

But fuck it I'm happy it will work fine for now. Better then the only shit hole in town...

Its nice to bench with a straight bar that clips will stay on and also a bench that doesnt wobble.

Really blasted my legs in a good way. Decided to move on to GMs

Started feeling hernia activation cut it tonight. Worked out longer than usually though took about an hour twenty. Alot of Warm up volume probably why my legs feel decent. I usually get to the working sets quickly.
