    Deadlift day knee is jacked still:

    385 or 80% or current tested 1 rm.
    12 sets of 1 strict form 30 seconds of rest in between.
    5 sets with no straps double overhand grip
    7 sets with straps.
    Seated GMs
    135x4
    225x4
    275x5
    315x5 PR here have never done 315 on seated Gm's
    Rows wow these were ugly.
    135x3
    I knew right then these were gonna be bad
    225 for some
    315x1
    375xwtf go wif dat bish
    225with strapsxwtf 225x wtf without straps. Smoked left gym.

    Need to make sure you are taking care of those injuries brother. I had pinched feeling in my shoulder, it was my C5/C6.

    350x1 way too heavy
    Slingshot 403: fail just fucking failed it. Absolutely failed

    300 raw x failed it horribly 4 reps failed on 5 I have no idea why

    Everything is heavy and I am moving extremely slow

    I left the gym garbage workout. I dont know why I am so spent.

    Squats... I have no idea why I'm so weak lately.

    468 x5 reverse band box squats -225 at bottom
    315x2 raw too heavy didnt feel good

    225x5 close stance
    245x5 close stance
    275x5 close stance

    Left gym. Cant lift shit lately. Sometimes I feel like cashing it in.

    Squats and bench both blah. Really fucking weak. I'm getting pissed off I cant move the numbers.

    Sounds like perhaps overtraining due to outside factors like sleep, food, etc..

    I hear you, bud. I think we all have ups and downs. Be sure you are getting plenty of rest and eating the right foods.

    If you have those spot on and still find your training is not impressive, try talking with the most successful lifters or coaches you can find, to see where your form needs the most work. No matter the many years I have lifted, my coach can always find ways I can improve my form on whatever exercise we are working to improve.

    Still at it, just not reporting. I'm 100 percent convinced it is diet and I just cant figure out how to eat more. Working till 930 1000 and weeknds too... Fucking sucks.

    Perking back up a wee bit 305x5 on floor press easily. 408 raw squat. Total horse shit otherwise.
