Bulking progress

Been on a somewhat dirty bulk for the past 3.5 months gained 12 lbs was thinking of going for another 10 red shorts is before blue is current flexed and relaxed.
What do you guys think, any guesses on bf%?
I'm 6' 190

I say shoot for 10 more man, why not? You look like you stay pretty lean naturally, I would go for it. I’m not sure about BF percentage. Definitely pretty low. Id say maybe 14. Someone else will chime in with a likely more accurate estimate. Good work though, keep after it.

I agree, I'd go for another 10lbs. You look naturally lean, so shouldn't be a problem trimming it back down when/if you so choose.

You could keep going. Monitor your glucose as you bulk. If your fasted glucose starts to climb, stop the bulk.

Wow, you've made such incredible progress in 3.5 months. I recently started going to the gym, I hope I can do some kind of process like you.

I'm gonna keep bulking and see where I'm at once I get to 200. By then weather is gonna be getting cold so I might keep going I don't mind a little extra fat for winter I just don't wanna get to a point that it's going to be hard to loose in the spring.

Good call, I think you should. I don’t think you’ll have issues losing extra fat. Just try to keep your diet clean even while bulking.

Here is the problem. Getting bigger is addictive. Every time we put on fat (which you have) it will show up later in your life. Fat cells do not burn off or go away, fat cells only get smaller. IMO you look best in pic #1. keep lean(er) and keep lifting and the size you desire will come over the years.

Thank God someone beat me to it!

Son, you don't need more time sitting at the dinner table, you need more time in the gym. You can put on 10 lbs of fat in a short period of time but 10 lbs of solid muscle will take you a good year or more at your level.
