Broke a blood vessel on my foot doing dips

I received my results for the D- Dimer: 286. 0-400 is the range. "But I am not dead yet!"
The doc is now sending me for a Vascular Bilateral Extremity Insufficiency Duplex scan. That is mouthful.

Last Saturday I was mixing hydraulic cement to patch a section in my basement floor..I wore rubber gloves. While removing one rubber glove with the opposite hand, a blood vessel broke in that hand. Same sharp pain as in the foot and same black blue color. This is some strange shit. My primary is baffled as I am.
