Um ... no way thats a competition bench press. Brian is a strong guy but the bench was no good.

Based on that vid, his chest is ridiculously strong, but his tris are lacking. He got it from chest to 90% in a half second, but he just couldn't quite lock it out, or maybe I'm blind. Either way, that's a strong man.
