I follow a Paleo diet so my breakfast are usually composed of eggs and anything with potatoes (I know potatoes are still on the gray area, but I've read all about it here and I think I'm good). On busy days I settle with a smoothie that I can bring to the office. Smoothies can definitely give variety to you daily meals.

60 grams of raw spinach, 200 grams egg whites (raw),2 whole eggs (raw) with 1/8 cup of chocolate protein powder for flavor and 1/3 cup of steel cut oats cooked well. I am extremely hungry in the morning and never had a problem taking in that first meal, its been the same for decades.

I eat only at the end of the day ---and boy do I eat!!!

just throw down 20 hot ass hell chicken wings and a gallon of water and im stuffed for 18-24hrs

This is what I've been digging recently:

2 eggs
1 cup egg whites
^scrambled
140g sliced smoked chicken (a good layer of rub on it) off green mountain grill

mix together and add salsa or hot sauce

80g protein (320 cals)
15g fat (135 cals)

If not carb cycling I'd throw in some hashbrowns
