I follow a Paleo diet so my breakfast are usually composed of eggs and anything with potatoes (I know potatoes are still on the gray area, but I've read all about it here and I think I'm good). On busy days I settle with a smoothie that I can bring to the office. Smoothies can definitely give variety to you daily meals.
