After training to failure every workout for the last 6 month. This past week Its like I hit a brick wall my energy dropped my joints feel like I got hit with a sludge hammer, I'm sore everywhere but not the norm it's very deep if that makes sense. Diet cardio and training are on point. I took this as a sign that a week off is probably what I need. Have I made the correct assessment?
