I can’t remember but I did see BPC can interfere with SSRI’s and cause “some” mood depression. Can’t remember where I read that. Not recommended if you are on med dealing with SSRI’s. But can’t remember the study.

Are you doing the TB 500 daily? When I was researching I saw where it was recommended every 3rd day at 500 mcg 2x per day. Just curious because your dosing plan seems more in line with what I’ve seen.
Every few days, 2-3x per week
To be honest I just typed it into Grok.
I was seeing a lot of different stuff on the forums.

So I went through two vials from Limitless (https://www.limitlesslifenootropics.com/)... I have a bad rotator cuff I've been trying to heal. I did notice some pain & inflammation reduction but overall I don't feel as though it did much. It could be the lab is not turning out high quality product...totally not sure. But I don't think it gave me the results I was hoping for. What lab did you get yours from?

I just bought some products from the same peptide company. I am not sure I'm feeling the effects of it either. They say they are third party tested, but anyone can post that.

I’m going through Nuscience. I haven’t used any of their products yet myself but I have several friends using their Tirzepatide or similar products. So far I have gotten good feedback. One guy I know is using the TB 500 & BPC 157 mix & gave me good feedback.

While uncommon, it could be the var causing appetite suppression if it is impairing the liver. I don't know what your liver health was like prior to adding the var in, but if it wasn't great even a little bit could impair bile production and suppress appetite. The SLU should help with that though, as it has shown to help repair the liver. I have been running anadrol every day for 5 weeks now with my SLU and GGT was 16. Also, cystatin C just came back and it went up 26 points since I have been blasting SLU at 1.5 mg a day. I only took it up that far, as there were reports of other guys seeing significant kidney value improvement at 1.5 mg a day. I can attest there is and I only blasted if like that for 3 weeks. I was just running 500 mcg a day before that.
Liver health was good 2 weeks pre surgery but tbh I think it is the var.

I was also taking 20mg tablets am on an empty stomach and then I would be inadvertently nauseous all day and not hungry.
The appetite was like entirely diminished though. Which also might be a little bit from improved insulin sensitivity and maybe some impact on ghrellin /leptin maybe? .. just weird though!
Today I skipped the VAR and I feel way better .. appetite and otherwise no nausea.

The only real side I noticed (and this could have been diet related) was weight gain/water retention. I was running 500mcg/day for about a month.

That’s who I used on my left elbow and those injections fixed my left shoulder too. I’m now using it on my right shoulder from feeling too well and pushing too hard after a long break.

Having a hard time finding any peer reviewed studies showing this link of BPC which is not a known secretagogue with glp1.. so that might just be incorrect. Not the first time I got a bad response from AI enabled search
I ran a pretty extensive search and I found no publications in PubMed, Google Scholar, or other databases I have access to that directly investigate BPC-157’s effect on GLP-1 or L-cell function. It is just a guess, but BPC-157’s gut-protective and anti-inflammatory effects could indirectly enhance GLP-1 secretion by improving L-cell health or nutrient sensing. But there is no actual research proving this guess.

Interestingly enough, I did find some evidence that BPC-157 likely may affect neurotransmitters involved in appetite regulation, particularly serotonin, dopamine, and possibly GABA, through its neuroprotective and gut-brain axis effects. That being said, there is no direct scientific evidence from preclinical or clinical studies demonstrating that BPC-157 is effective in appetite suppression. Human research on BPC 157 is very limited.

On the insulin sensitivity, BPC-157 may improve insulin sensitivity indirectly through its anti-inflammatory, gut-protective, and tissue-repair effects, as suggested by preclinical studies on inflammation and liver/muscle health. However, once again, there is no direct evidence which confirms BPC-157’s impact on insulin sensitivity.

Personally I would not bank on any of this and instead just use it for what most have found it work for.....injury healing. We have some GLP-1agonists that work really well in all of these areas. Hey, I lost 15 lbs after shoulder surgery almost a year ago. Much of it muscle mass. Its taken me a damn year to get it back. At my age it gets harder and harder.

So do you feel the BPC 157 really helped your shoulder after the surgery? Were you stacking it with TB 500?

I have been using BPC 157 since it was 1st available ~2014 and have little doubt it helped me heal quite a few other injuries, including a couple of grade 2 pec tears. Both of these injuries I was doing heavy DB chest press, felt a pop coming up with the weight and immediately felt pain. In a few hours there was bruising. I was doing very high rep exercise within a week and back to lifting heavy weight in two weeks. No TB 500. Honestly I took so much after surgery that I can't promise it was the one responsible for what I considered a pretty speedy recovery. I also took TB 500, IGF-1 Lr3, HGH and Deca along with my TRT. i have used BPC 157 many times and always did 5, micro injections of about 600mcg/d directly into the injury.

I have tried BPC 157 to heal osteoarthritis with ZERO success,. I did a series of interarticular injections and got absolutely no relief, other than maybe a little inflammatory relieve for a few house post injection. I also did HGH interarticular injections with no success. I feel BPC speeds up healing of grade 1-2 injuries, has some anti-inflammatory /pain effects but does nothing for more serious grade 3 injuries where surgery is needed or osteoarthritis despite a few positive observational studies. I think it is a must for post-op surgery

Appreciate the insight. I’m running it at 250 mcg 2x per day. I also take TB 500 at 1mg weekly, I take 500 mcg on Monday & Thursday
