Sorry I did not elaborate. My calf is 99%. I really put it to the test yesterday training and sparring. My cardio sucks from taking off and now my eye is black and my head hurts HAHA but my calf feels good and did not fail.What ended up happening?
It is no miracle but it helps for sure. I did 250 mcg ed directly into the muscle that was injured. I got another couple vials and started 500 mcg until it ran out. I have popped my calf several times over the years. It normally takes a 2-3 months to heal 90%. I do think the higher dose helped. If I had the $$$ I would do BPC 157 and TB500 together.
