Hello

Years ago I got a boxers fracture on my right hand, 5th finger (pinky).

My dad didn't want to take me to hospital because he could be bothered...

Basically it set wrong and it is malrotated, when I deadlift I notice that my grip is always weaker on my right hand and it always slips.

It is really starting to get me down... I love powerlifting and my deadlift has always suffered a lot due to this it seems

Anything I can do training wise to help it? Can upload photos of angulation etc

Use a hook grip. You don't even need your pinky to hook grip a bar.

I had one since I was 14yo. Busted most of the knuckles up in both hands. Never has even been a consideration. They heal and shouldnt be a problem as far as lifting.
