Bought a new Harley

Found this yesterday and bought it today. Needs upgrades. Forward controls, 2/1 exhaust, change the bars out, heated grips, cool sissy bar for the back. Softail has 235 miles on it. Small bike, big motor. Stripped down and simple. Fuckers fast.

I test rode a RG with a 114, it pulled very well. That lighter bike must be a blast! Congrats!

Which pipes you looking at. I have not owned a Harley since the early 90s. (Well I still have one but it is a basket case) Do you have to tune it with fuel injection after pipes?

All about motorcycles, I own three and love seeing guys that get one they love.

Definitely going to be a fun ride, that 114 has a ton of grunt. Stage 2 that thing and you'll really fall in love with it. Congrats and ride safe.

I have a 2019 RGS with the 114. Stage 2. RedShift 468 cam, all Billet S&S Cam plate and high volume oil pump and the S&S Sidewinder 2-1. The wife has a 2019 Freewheeler that is getting the S&S 475c Cam She already has the Cobra Powercore header and I'll be adding the S&S Grand National mufflers.

The M8 motor makes an amazing amount of horsepower just adding the right cam. My 468 dials in at about 115 HP and near 130 TQ. Her 475 cam will hit 120HP and about 128 TQ with her exhaust.

Built me a Cholo Softail too. Was an 02 Fatboy. Still a work in progress, needs fenders and the driving lights. The RG is on front and rear air. Big amp and some other do dads.

Congratulations. Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy. My only vehicle since 2007 has been a motorcycle (Suzuki V-Strom 650). 2 weeks ago, I tested a Zero 100% electric bike. Whoa. Torque, instant power and acceleration, no possiblilty of stalling at 1 mph.
