You don't have to sell me on the idea. I'm convinced that shooting for 10000 steps/day as my stretch goal for this next year is the best thing I can do for my health, and my conditioning. I'd like to stay at 10% BF year round in a perfect world.I’m not saying it’s ideal socially but health wise it’s doable & not too crazy/obsessive. I could all steps though, even going to the bathroom.
