Beast workout, super humbling. If anyone is curious, my daily warmups are for shoulders. I do shoulder mobility work with bands in the style of baseball pitcher’s arm care. I also do face pulls, wall angels, shoulder circles, wrist circles like Andrey Malanichev & warmup whatever muscles I’m working with some light pump sets. Shoulders every single day though.
I also do mobility work in the morning before work & foam roll my posterior chain & quads after the mobility work. Lots of psoas stretching as well because tight psoas muscles cause pelvic tilt & short leg shit so easily for me.
As I get older I seem to be getting more & more bound up & I want to fight that off without going to yoga & shit. Who knows… that might be the move eventually
I do wanna learn Wing Chun kung-fu when I’m better established financially & out on my own so I’m kinda hoping that’ll help but that won’t be in a year at least.
So until then, it’s jacked & tan leading into my Mid-life Slut Phase.
