Boron ... Anyone supplement with this?

Wasn't sure which form to put this in so I'll throw it out there and the mods can move it if needed

Does anyone here supplement with this micronutrient? It's supposed to increase brain function and motor skills, help with osteoporosis as we get older and also supposed to increase free testosterone levels.

Thoughts??

I sourced the best form I could find. Came in a liquid. Didn't notice anything, but I remember the taste.
