Had decided on this show a couple of months ago, so have been heads down on the work. Just now getting around to post a log. Will use this to post changes to diet, workout program, etc.
7/25 Changes from coach:
Food plan: Staying the same for now (posted below).
Workout split: Staying same for now (posted below).
Workout splits are (5 lifting days):
Food plan:
Meal 1 - 1 cup egg whites and some green veggies
Meal 2 - 4 oz Swai and green veggies
Meal 3 - 4 oz Swai and green veggies
Meal 4 - 4 oz Swai and green veggies
Meal 5 - 4oz Ground Turkey 93% fat free or Ground Beef 93% fat free
7/25 Changes from coach:
- Increase cardio from 60 mins/per day to 75 mins per day.
- Adding in 10mg of Winstrol
- Water: Increase from 1gal/day to 1.25 gals/day

- Shoulders / Triceps
- Back
- Chest / Biceps
- 2 leg days (one is heavy day with coach; the other is high volume, lots of reps and lower weight)
