BodyBuilder Breakfast Burrito

This is something I just winged one day but it is really good, so now I eat it all the time.

You will need...

1 whole wheat tortilla (140cal 4g protein)
4 egg whites (68cal 16g protein)
1 tbs extra v olive oil
1 tbs reduced fat cheddar cheese (45cal 4g protein)

1 dash chili powder
1 dash ground cumin
1 sprinkle of salt and pepper (optional)

You just get your egg whites ready in a bowl or something add your seasonings and mix, cook in a frying pan with a little bit of olive oil so eggs don't stick. melt the cheese in when eggs look done. Wrap dat shit in the tortilla and enjoy

Not exactly sure on these nutritional facts but should be pretty close.

Total 253cal 24g protein.

Or as i do.....8-12 egg whites in a whole grain burrito shell. add hot sauce and sea salt. yum.

If you need a few more cals and some great taste add turkey bacon or sausage in the mix.....even 97/3 lean ground beef is good with some Tapatio.

I just eat my 10 egg whites and 1 cup oats plain as shit and its the only meal of the day I look forward to. I'm trying this one though cause my girl always has whole wheat tortillas laying around... Thanks.

I add in chopped onions, peppers and mushrooms and whatever else I have to try and keep it new.

I make egg burritos 3 to 4 times a week. I add salsa to the eggs when cooking. I'm not dieting right now so I also use 6 whole eggs and often add 4-5 oz or ground deer meat or lean ground beef to the mix.
