it's my understanding if e2 is too low I won't get the most or of the GH.

was going to take away 500mg of eq to raise e2 and use it on a third compound. the third compound still has not shown up. so for now just added more test.
Understood. Thanks for the explanation. I see that you dropped your GH. Just seeing how you do on the lower dose?

I took 15 more iu's later. :D

the reasoning to reduce it was sound.

However I have a hard time believing more is not better. How can it not be, more is more

Seems like the consensus on GH is to take as much as you can afford. LOL Do you always take it in one large bolus shot, and do you typically split it up over the day.

Seems like people love to argue about timing protocols. I think while there may be slight differences based on whether you're primary goal is recovery or lipolysis, just get it all in there each day, and that's the primary thing.

I have 13 boerboels. I live in the woods. I can spend all day outside on chores, yardwork, walking dogs, training dogs.
The older I get, the more I enjoy not dealing with people. In the summer, I can't see any neighbors homes through the woods, its great!

That 510x1 is a great squat. Try and take your higher reps to the same depth if you want the most out of your squat. I built some monster legs by ensuring all my leg movements were as deep as possible. You will to.
