I tore my acl again along with the miniscus Dr wants me to rehab since I have arthritis. My concern is stability and the ability to still train legs Sq, Dl. Being 51 I this shit takes longer to recover but advice from someone who has been there especially would give me more to consider

Depends on how they repair it... you should be able to DL in time. Squatting is a crap shoot.

A year and a half ago I completely tore my quadriceps tendon, partial ACL, partial MCL, meniscus, and a bowed patella tendon. I couldn't afford all the rehabilitation so I cut it short. I can squat now, but don't go heavy. Sucks, because I used to have freaky tree trunks for legs! My meniscus is still torn BTW.
