LOL....Thanks for the reply.

I am a female bodybuilder. I have a female BB'er coach.
I saw the Nurse Practitioner and she was more concerned with my tanked hormones and wanted to send me to the Endocrinologist. I assumed the tanked hormones are a causal relationship of the arimidex. I just wanted to confirmation. The Nurse Practitioner said nothing about the other results and told me to stop bodybuilding and start eating like a regular person and to reevaluate my goals.

My coach explained the LDH is related to cell damage and is something not to take lightly...So the way I see it the Medical community wasn't concerned about it and apparently is "ignorant" in the sense that she doesn't understand the sport or the sport/medical relationship. Needless to say I got more of a lecture from the Nurse Practitioner.

I just wanted to know what the Hell I am getting into and whether I am wasting anyone's time. :)

The tanked hormones are bc you're using gear not bc of the arimidex.

Which T3/T4 levels were checked? Free, total, reverse? Was TSH measured? You can always go to privatemdlabs and have your own panels pulled that way you don't have to visit the doctor and in many cases it can be cheaper as well.

Thanks Docd187123 for the reply.

My TSH, Free t4, and t3 were checked.
My TSH was 2.050, Free (direct) 1.24, and t3 98.
My coach said the thyroid was alittle low but would be a factor in weight gain or inability to lose weight.

I will check out privatemdlabs. I get my bloodwork done per coach's request. I hate having to go to the Dr. and not being able to get results without a lengthy explanation and now a full on attack as to why I shouldn't be a bodybuilder and why I should discontinue my BB'er diet and listen to lecture after lecture. She was little offensive yesterday :)

Based off those numbers I don't think there's cause for alarm but if you'd rather be sure just get a full thyroid panel. Make sure it includes TSH, FT3/4, RT3/4, TOTAL T3/4. The T3 test you mentioned you did is most likely T3 uptake which is really a useless test in the opinion of many specialists.

Thanks jenner. I wasn't worried about the thyroid. I have low iron serum and high red cell width (rdw) and high LDH (253). I am borderline iron deficient anemic but I was more concerned with the LDH. My AST and ALT were 10 over high end of normal. I knew that was gear related. I've never had the LDH high before. ;)
