They've both said several times on the show that they miss the forums and wish they were still going.. maybe somebody should send them an invite. They'd be a great addition around here. I'm actually surprised they aren't here already
Someone on the private FB page asked about message boards a while back and I referred them here and WCBB (it was still up at the time). I know Scott liked my response, so they know of the board.

I think he may have been a member over at WCBB at some point. I know he has mentioned that he knew of Basskiller and that he used to go to basskilleronline......so, he probably went to WCBB as well if I had to guess. I know that he was a member over at ProM because they have had LATS on the show.

I do not think Dusty or Ron have been here or WCBB. I know that all of them were on Skip's forum (IntenseMuscle). Dusty was on ProM for a few years.

Scott Stevenson posts as Homonunculus over at ProM, Skip's forum, and a few other places.

When they had Scotty-2-Hotty on the show, I think he used to post under that name at a lot of boards in the early-mid-2000's (like EF etc), and I think he may have also been S2H, but i'd have to ask. S2H was a member over at WCBB.

Skip has been on a ton of forums too under various names.

I'm excluding the larger BB'ing boards like BBdotcom, RX-Muscle and MD since most "Bodybuilders" posted there for competing purposes, notoriety and whatever updates were going on,. I never liked those 3 forums for total information though. I always looked to them as beginner forums that had top guys posting on them.

Abother good forum was Chad Nicholl's forum in the 2000's where a lot of guys posted and there was some good info on it as well.

I'm not sure about other forums I went to like AF/AFboard, CEM, EliteFitness (in the 2000's), and Iron Trybe etc. They had big names on them as well, but i'm not sure about the guys who are on these podcasts.

I'm not sure about the Berry guy. I know he's mentioned the forums like BB.com, MD, and RX.....but not sure outside of that. I'm pretty sure he was on ProM though, fairly certain.

I don't agree with Skip et al on milk and dairy. I think his 'opinion' is completely moronic. There is a difference between drinking a few servings to drinking a half gallon+ of it. The calcium in milk, like nutrients in other foods, is better absorbed in a food system, moreso than taking it supplemented. There is also lots of research showing that it is a very good choice as a post-w/o drink. Skip is ignorant on the digestion and absorption of lactose. That said, some have sensitivities to it, a very few amount of the population in certain races have allergies to it, but for most others, it is awesome. There is so much research on this.

Anyway....like everything else, drink it if it works for you and fits your diet scheme and macros, if it causes you issues, then take it out.
