I am starting to get the feeling that nothing said on bodybuilding boards should be taken too seriously, but it's important that you know I did win the Miss Understanding title at the County Fair once. Did well in the pre-judging, and got all 10's when the judges and I went backstage for the "Understanding" part.

I went the ER last week! Just started puking blood one night! Long and short (as I'm sure everyone's first thought was) it's a bleeding ulcer!
Thank God I don't use orals anymore since I'm just on TRT, but guys....I LOVE BEER AND REALLY SPICY FOOD!!!
Getting old SUX!!!!

So sorry to hear this. But you should really limit your spicy food intake.
