Binge Eating in the middle of the night!

Guys, I’m in the weeds here and blowing all the hard work I’ve put in cutting down for the summer. Probably for the last month I’ve been waking up in the middle of the night and binge eating! Some nights it’s not too bad a couple rice cakes and a granola bar, other nights it’s a shit show downing a box of cereal! Has anyone else suffered through this. What did you do to snap out of it.

Current cycle about 4 weeks in.

Test E 250mg twice a week
Mast E 300mg twice a week
Tren E 100mg twice a week
Winny 40mg ED

Are you getting fat from the extra food, or just swelling up nice and growing? Sometimes when I get these feeding frenzies at night it’s because my body desperately wants the calories and protein so it can grow. And if my body is wanting to grow I’ll switch gears from cutting and give in to it, because at my age those growth spurts are few and far between.

I wouldn’t say fat by any means but definitely loosing that peeled look I had going into the cycle. I’m sitting around 215 right now and would like to cut down to about 205

You should count your blessings instead of complaining. ;)

I’m so puffy I can’t even peel a banana:D

Honestly, your body is telling you its starving. Add a few more 50-100 calories to your food during waking hours and it'll stop.

Sounds like your binge is relatively clean. At least its not a quart of ice cream or a pizza or something. I've taken up sugar-free jello as a late-night snack, dunno if that would work for you.

Sounds like your putting your body into starvation mode. Bump up cals a bit more throughout the day.
