Hey fella's , Big_Paul_ski ,sent me over . I have been a member at another board he mods at for a couple years now and he is a great dude, Awesome guy and great friend , Anyhow enough of the hug stuff,
I am 5'8" tall . weight is 191 ish ,34 yrs old, shaved head and tattoos all over .
I have been lifting and training for around 6 years and it wasnt untill maybe 3 years ago I got really serious about it , I am a "gear" user and wouldnt have it any other way . I have pics to post and will get started on it soon .Glad to be hear and thanks .

Thanks fellas , I did in fact come over from Moar, as it seems to be a dieing board and I need a board where I can learn and get knowledgable help , lots of good Bro's over there but obviously times are changing so Im following the knowledge and it brought me here so thanks agian for the welcome .
