Week 5 deadlift - been trying sumo deadlft and it feels so much more comfortable. still not shifting great weights (180kg only) but im at least not hurting my back anymore and also feel that this style has great potential for shifting weights for reps as my back wont get fatigued as quickly

thanks uncle Al glad you like it - i find it help me progress also as if i watch them back it reminds me of my goals and targets better than me just reading figures in a diary

Its the end of my heavy phase and i attempt my pb at bench press and i try for 170kg... do i get it or not?
