Vascularity in the biceps are a function of size, leanness and genetics. Size and leanness you have influence over, so put in the hard work. Rome wasn't built in a day. Regarding genetics, some people's veins are closer to the skin surface than others. That's easier for them.

One temporary way of increasing vascularity is to supplement with something that is a vasodialator. All the nitric oxide (sp?) that were popular 10 years ago improved vascularity. I think ephedrine also does that. But that is only temporary. If you want thick, large veins in your arms 24/7, improve size and drop BF
Ah got it. I do got good vascular genetics from my dad. That’s why they’re already showing a bit and I got really vascular hands and forearms even though I’m not lean.

So just get leaner, and grow my biceps, got it.

I’m not interested in temporarily increasing it cause if I’m getting results I want them to last.

Thx for all the help!

EQ and a vaso dilator pre-workout made mine pop like oil pipelines, pretty much everywhere on me. I cannot do the doses of EQ I used to do though.

But the real answer has already been said. Lean and genetics.

Also the less subcutaneous water you are holding will make them more prominent.

Hey Jipped, just an FYI, ChargerWolf is a young natty, so the EQ, while absolutely true, is not what the doctor ordered for now.

My bad, well the vasodilator prelockout stuff still helps. Although doesn't last that long.

Respect going it natty, wish I did. It's too late for me, but not for you CW.

I have crazy vascular arms/biceps, but it hasn't always been that way. I leaned out quite a bit over the years, eating much cleaner and healthier. I pretty much quit eating anything I didn't cook myself except maybe one meal or so on the weekend. That's when I started noticing the vascularity becoming much more prominent. I gradually cut out refined sugar from my diet (including my condiments) and that's when I started seeing a huge difference. Not just vascular, but thick veins. I've reached the point now where I can make it more, or less prominent with what I eat. More sodium and carbs and they pop out like crazy.

I also have a regular cardiovascular support supplement regimen that I follow daily. Carditone, Pycnogneol, Ubiquinol and Magnesium (usually glycinate). Not sure if any of that contributes to the vasularity, but helps keep my blood pressure very well in check. I also take L-Citrulline pre-workout.

Given all of that I'm sure genetics plays a part and the fact I've been training pretty hardcore for the past 26 years. However, it's when I made the significant changes to my diet that I began noticing it much more extreme.

try and superset the bis and tris.....you will get a great pump.

the arms are smaller muscles and you need to drive the blood in there to grow.....so short rest periods as well.

barbell curls , reverse curls, pressdowns with long rope, close grip bench presses- pull ups and dips....hit them with everything- high reps / low reps

dedicate a day to arms only and nothing else....if you really want them to grow take 1 day for bis and another day for tris and prioritize them.

just don't forget to train your legs....that will help with overall growth everywhere.

the bigger the muscle the more the veins will be pushed to the surface.

are you able to drink water from both hands put together? raise them to your mouth and drink?

and does anyone have the coils for veins? Like Paul Dillett. The greatest BB that never became the greatest BB.

How do you get bigger dick veins? Like nightcrawlers wrapped around a summer sausage.

My dick veins are pretty impressive but you CAN see my bicep veins through my shirts, I think cranking like a MOFO when training and having your diet on point makes the difference.
If I want to take some pics I eat a box of Capt Crunch peanut butter a few hours before and get veiny as hell.
Likely because we rarely eat sugars or breads etc.
Stick with it and check your Macros you will get there bro.

I prefer Honey Nut Cheerios and started using Pure Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter RTDs as the milk. 100 grams of Honey Nut Cheerios and half the RTD (just drink the other half) makes a perfect meal on high carb days. I might do that for four meals on my high carb day. I bet the Capt Crunch Peanut Butter would taste awesome as well.

Drink 1.5-2 gallons of water throughout the day, every day.
