Yep.20% BF at 260 would put you at 52 pounds of fat on your frame. The rest is water and lean mass. How much water do you carry is likely a function of genetics and sodium intake. That combo would be 208 pounds.
If you drop down to 230, and you're still at 208 pounds of lean mass and water, you've got 22 pounds of fat. That puts you closer to 10% BF.
