my labrat is on a cutting cycle....high reps, plenty of cardio..out standing diet plan..... my fellowresearch partner just gave me a tub of beta alanine for my labrat who is already on liquid clen...never heard of it, what does it do? how would i incorporate this into my research???

Beta alanine is a non essential amino acid. Taking 4-5 grams per day will give you more endurance and balance the PH in your muscles during extreme endurance training (IE: cutting for most of us here). So to use it properly, take 4-5 grams per day and within two weeks your carnosine levels will start to increase and you will notice faster recovery, more endurance, better vascularity etc.. Stacked with your favorite arginine and some citrulline malate it is da bomb!!!
