I agree that a lot of it is genetics but not all.

And for those that think it's all diet, then how come every pro that gets down to say 4% BF does not look like Frank McGrath?

Eq and Anavar are two of the best in my opinion.

that's my vote... however diet is a huge factor.

and..... I get crazy vascular on Cialis as well..

Winstrol is the king of vascularity, hands down. Oral version takes about 2 weeks for the veins to start popping. Depot a little quicker.

Tren, Eq, var, will all help bring it out but winny tops em all.

It's ****in genetic

Gear will only increase vascularity to a degree

I can't get rid of vascularity to save my life

Which sucks cause I hate the vieny look lol

Lol. Yeah I am vascular and get asked what i do to get it but I don't do anything special. But my veins are as big as pencils on my arms.

I like the veiny freakish look. I want to get so ****ing veiny that people start puking if they see me at the mall.

Slin with dextrose. (but I'm not recommending it) so.........
Winny gives me the driest look. Mast is second but really doesn't hold a candle to winny.

As everyone is saying vascularity has more to do with muscle maturity, bf%, hydration, etc. Carbs will give you vascularity.

None.
Cut cals and Lose fat .

take someone who cut calories and *lost Fat* put them on Stanozolol and your vascularity increases greatly above dieting training alone.
The correct aas is just the final tuning to go beyond what normal training diet can not do, but most rely on the aas and fall short with preparation and hard work of diet training first.

I'd say tren. It seems to be lasting as well.

Every time I've ran winnie my veins start popping out especially across my chest and down my bi's/tri's. I can see them on dbol/tbol but not like I can on winnie. Tren and Mast seem to make them more apparent as well.

it is too early and i am too tired to make a long winded response, but you are full of shit. I am 14% BF and on tren, when i get a good pump going in the gym or move boxes around at work, i have snakes running down my bi's and forearms, in fact my little girl likes to rub one of them and she named him "snakey". I am sorry but NOBODY walks around at 7-8% BF year round... If you are LEAN, hell yeah there are steroids like EQ that make you more vascular and your veins will be more prodominent. A50 if taken with AI's and a diuretic wont make you hold much water if any....sure you wont get the massive weight gain, but it is still a good compound when run dry.

That's adorable man, how old is your little girl? I got a 6yr old that comes up the me and my wife from time to time and is like "let me see your veins." Likes to look at them and palpate the fat ones I have. I'm sure because I've scouted on her for veins several times in case she ever needs an IV emergently. I've had one kid at work that was circling the drain and nobody could get an IV. We ended up putting in an IO (drilling into the tibia) for vascular access.

On the topic of the thread, never tried EQ or Tren. Liking what NPP has done for me and what Var is doing. And personally I've found that a low BF% does go a long way to make veins visible and pot out. Staying away from stimulants (that are going to constrict your veins) makes all the difference in the world for me too.

I'm pretty sure its mostly genetic. I'm above 10% body fat, and all year round my arms are veiny as ****.

Sure if I cut down fat, it would pop out more, but at the same time if I ran a cycle of Winny or Tren, without a proper diet, I'm sure that the veins would be popping up all over, so have to agree with certain posts.

I believe genetics plays a big role in vascularity. It's just plain stupid how veiny I can get at times. I find that Var or Winny are best for me (I don't use tren).

The key regardless of genetics is low body fat (common sense).
