Best meal before bed during cutting phase

I'm in a cutting phase now,15 weeks out from show.my diet is pretty much dialed in but I find myself waking up around 2am hungry.what do you suggest to eat before bed to keep you full through the night and spare muscle wasting.thank you

Egg Whites (6-8) and a 1/4 cup of unsalted almonds. If I'm beat, drink the whites. If I'm starving cook'em and fill up. I agree with GS on the caseine but I prefer whole food for the final weeks.

casein and add cottage cheese to it.. blend it up :)

oh boy....

Push more of your calories later in to the evening so that you can eat a larger meal before bed. Problem solved...you feel better because you ate good proteins (even though it's not necessary), and there is no longer a chance you wake up and cheat, thus, making your diet far more successful.
