This is why I think coaches should teach that whenever you have someone hurt badly on their feet, you stay standing at a proper distance and tee off AS IF YOU ARE EXCHANGING, meaning head movement and bringing hands back to block. There are many great fights where guys are hurt badly and take advantage of the other guy's aggressiveness. Pat Barry vs. Cheick Kongo recently, comes to mind.
