Alright guys so yesterday I had a little play around on bench. Had no plans but at one point I did 20reps on 220lb and thought of share it with you. Short term goals are to get 25 reps so any advice would be appreciated to help her the last 5 cheers
I have no idea how to leg drive. Also what the hell is a kg. Where are the other five lbs?
