Bench for Belle Charity Competition will be held at Elite Performance Center on April 20, 2013 at 6:00 PM.

Entry fee is donation based, you can pay what you would like.

Events will include:
- Max Bench
- Bench for Reps
- Max Bench with Slingshot/Anderson Ram

There will be weight classes and both men and women are welcome to compete.

Im all over this !
One thing that I am proud to say about my strong brothers and sisters is that we are a giving bunch. Most of the strongman comps raise money for a charity .
This little gal has luekemia and her mother competes in strongwoman. Strong little girl and a strong mama.

Oh ad I dont bench . I was asked to attend thisand I said yes on the stipulation that they didnt come down to hard one me for my bench form.
