Routine - Greyskull linear program with powerbuilding plugin

Goals for this journal:

Bench press - 105kg (increment progression of 1kg)

Overhead press - 75kg (increment progression of 1kg)

Squat - 140kg (increment progression of 2kg)

Deadlift - 165kg (increment progression of 2kg)

08/01/2018 - (I only recorded main lifts on Monday as I was getting used to the assistance exercises)

Bench press @50kg
5x50kg

10x50kg
(Add 1kg next bench press)

Squat @60kg

(Add 2kg next squat)
