just woke up with little swelling on throat and my right nosetril's congested. I know what caused it too... training 5 days/week hard, sudden drop in temp over night, and slept with fan on and woke up freezing. I'll take few days off gym and load on vitamin C. what are the common methods used to beat early stages of cold? I refuse to take any meds. I refuse to get sick, I'm making killer gains and don't wanna ruin it.

For vitamin C dosage, take 500-mg every 30-minutes. When you start shitting, take half of what you've taken, every two-hours. My dosage is 2.5-g every two-hours.

shit sucks, not getting better or worse. can't wait to get back to the gym.

hahah I prefer the sweat it out technique, sauna, and low intensity cardio, bundled up, with lots of water vitamin c, vitamin 4 and homemade chicken noodle soup :)
