just woke up with little swelling on throat and my right nosetril's congested. I know what caused it too... training 5 days/week hard, sudden drop in temp over night, and slept with fan on and woke up freezing. I'll take few days off gym and load on vitamin C. what are the common methods used to beat early stages of cold? I refuse to take any meds. I refuse to get sick, I'm making killer gains and don't wanna ruin it.
