TB-500 at 4mg twice per week and 500mcg of BPC-157 every morning. I'll do this for 30 days then take 10 days to two weeks off.

I’m presently using a blend. 1mg each ED, but I do think you can get by on half that

That’s exactly my thoughts. I used 1mg each ED when actively trying to remedy an injury and half the dose, as maintenance. running it 1 month on 1 month off at these doses. When I was rehabbing from shoulder surgery I ran it at 1mg for 6 weeks at a time. Just basing my protocol on what has personally worked well for me

How was it with your shouter surgery? I’ve been reading nothing but good things on both of these but have yet to try. Recovering from a torn pec right now but getting ready to have surgery on my rotator cuff and upper bicept at the end of Feb. had the opposite shoulder done 2 years ago and recovery went well but I’m thinking about giving these a go this time around.

It was extremely helpful, it really seemed to mitigate pain and discomfort. In addition to fast tracking the overall healing. Another thing which was kind of a splurge was an ice and compression machine I used before bed at night to help reduce swelling and sleep better. I had a torn suprispanatus and a slap tear that was repaired, so bicep tendonesis was done too
