i hear ya bros, however, i had my rows up to 365 pre injury, 5x5 routine, i feel the need to heave the weight. arms are the weakest link and i cant count on them to handle the weight needed to get the mass i need. i do feel my back more so when i 'cheat' maybe its just me, but thank you guys for your input!!!! much appreciated!!!
