Bacon muffins (low carb/keto)

Everyone likes bacon, even vegetarians like bacon (dam that world felt dirty in my mouth).

What you need
3 eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
3 slices of cooked bacon
1/2 cup grated cheese
Cayenne pepper
Pam spray
Muffin tin

Directions
Pre heat oven 175 or 350
Spray a muffin tin with pam
Mix eggs, cream and pepper into a bowl
Pour mix into 3 muffin spaces
Sprinkle over 1 slice of chopped cooked bacon
Sprinkle over grated cheese

Put in the middle of the oven for 15-20 minutes remove sprinkle with remaining cheese and put under grill until golden and crisp.

Nutrients.
250 cals
20g fat
16g protein
1.5g carbs

Taste great hot or cold. If I make these I will normally make up 12 they will keep for 3 days in the fridge.(if they last that long)

that sounds great with eggs, nice change from oatmeal once in awhile

that is awesome I make quiche with egg whites and no crust all the time, same kind of thing but in some turkey sausage 2% cheese and spinach. MONEY in the bank

I make something similar but sub the cayenne with finely chopped serrano peppers and include cilantro and a small amount of shitake mushroom in the with the eggs. At the last minute I throw a dab of goat cheese on top. Dayum good!
