I see a massage therapist once a week as well as a cyro. I do daily stretches but never helped. I was hopeful that is was just tightness but with the MRI findings its looking a bit more serious.308, how often do you stretch your lower back? From reading your first post, it sounds like your lower back muscles are tightening up.. kind of like the dreaded dbol cramp
