B12 shots......are they worth it for energy ?

I am lacking energy lately and was wondering if anyone had any experience with B12 shots???
Also looking for the best site and dosing.

This stuff is new to me so I am looking for all the feedback I can get.

The doc gave me a prescription for B12 shots years ago. I was suffering from a bad anemia (the iron levels in my blood were less than half the normal .. I never eat meat). Did you have blood work done, Ms.W?

I didn't get jack shit from b12 injects... and I bumped to twice a week... I take that back... I had dark piss about an hour afterward...

seems that largely they are most effective for those who have some form of b12 deficiency. If you do not, the energy and mood elevation is minimal (for me).... also Ive ended up with the most severe joint pain ive ever endured! not worth it for me! good luck
