For me it is the abbreviations. I bet it is hard, but yeah, no real clue what you did on each side.
Couldn't work out how to edit the post yet?
but for reference
Kb =kettlebell
OH Squat = overhead squat
F\sq = front squat
TGU = Turkish get up
Hope that helps, don't worry about pointing out if something I write isn't clear, kinda defeats the object of doing a public log if people can't follow it.

Thanks, AF. It does help. You can edit a post, but only within a certain time frame. Not exactly sure of the time, but you are past it so you can't edit it now.

Nice! That stuff is killer cardio...

Yeah, main reason I like it is I've yet to find a better workout.

Power lifter that does MMA stuff! We'll get a long great!

Thanks for the compliment but wouldn't class myself as a powerlifter, just like to borrow your guys stuff for strength training. Just starting out with the mma stuff but hoping to start more full time/compete towards the end of the year. Can't access coaching etc in my current area so have to wait till I relocate. At the moment I just visit where I'll be training out of once a month and cram in what I can.

Very interesting stuff, I might incorporate some of these KB routines into my conditioning work.
