Couldn't work out how to edit the post yet?For me it is the abbreviations. I bet it is hard, but yeah, no real clue what you did on each side.

Kb =kettlebell
OH Squat = overhead squat
F\sq = front squat
TGU = Turkish get up
Hope that helps, don't worry about pointing out if something I write isn't clear, kinda defeats the object of doing a public log if people can't follow it.
