I already know I can take ibuprofen. I don't want to take anymore cortisone shots. Can a cycle of deca help while training for a meet/show ??? Or any other suggestions ???

Fish oil is an effective anti-inflammatory. It is much safer than NSAIDs for long term relief.

Glucosamine is a staple for me, so is fish oil...... mobic as needed.

Definitely look in to some pentosan and/or Adiquan for more relief though.

A PT could also help with some Hyaurlonic acid injections ( or however the fudge you spell that)

No they are not. I had some bad injuries from a car wreck 10 yrs ago that I'm starting to pay for now. I'll delay surgery as long as poss and I feel better, but by no means should it be recommended as a first approach. I should have been a little more clear

This is true. No more than 3 a year (how long it last as in working depends on the person/body) can last 30 days or can last 6 months
