It was all straight Jasmine Rice cooked with some salt added. I was so damn bloated. Haha. That is one of the main reasons I dropped down to 8 cups and a box of Kashi Go Lean cereal. Been sitting at 242 lbs for 6 weeks now. I am pretty much eating 9 times a day. That’s insanity. I’ve certainly had a day or ten up there, but 15cups every day is just hard to comprehend.
As a former superheavyweight 308+ powerlifter at 6’3” and not super fat, I’m no stranger to massive amounts of calories. But god damn. God damn.
How much of that is blended/creamed and how much just traditionally cooked and eaten? Sauces? Butter? Seasonings? I’m 285 right now so I don’t need to bulk, but I can always learn.
If I do any cardio, I lose weight. If I miss a meal, I am down 3-4 lbs the next morning and have to make up the calories. I am so damn happy this ends in a few weeks. I love growth season, but hate it at the same time.
Never used to be that I needed this much food to grow, but more muscle means more food and I am 99.9% sure all the mitochondrial biogenesis compounds changes your epigenetics. Even when I cycle off of them, the food stays the same and I don't gain any weight. You create more mitochondria taking these compounds and it isn't like the mitochondria just disappears when you stop taking them. We all could end up turning our bodies into never ending furnaces.
