You might want to check that.... the XPC/rps meet was in pounds, not kilos. In 5 lb increments I believe.
I was going to say that a 9+ USAPL squat is fan****ingtastic......
I will text him now. He told me results hadn't been posted yet as of Friday but had text me this past Monday and said he got 4th...

Great write up PLK I'm all amped sitting here reading about it. Chad is a friend of mine from my time at Tampa Barbell competing in the same area, he's a quality human being and a F'ng monster physically when he's meet ready he's gargantuan. Sorry to hear about your squat, next time!

Kimberly keeps on making beastly pulls. Did anyone else see her single ply 550+ pull at 165.

BI - I saw her pull..... it was effing majestic.

Ramrod.... Jeff went 1200-800-735 for a 2735 total, but at almost 400lbs of bodyweight he got beat in coefficient by Carroll and Minuth.

Matt Minuth should probably go down in history as one of the best of our time.... last year (2015) he won the light weight day at 220 with a 2500 total and then competed the next day as a heavyweight and placed second ( barely) behind Carroll. This year Matt Minuth won the overall full power with a 2600 total as a light 242 and then won the bench bash ( beating me by 30 lbs) with an 850 bench. On the full power day he was maybe an inch from locking out a 900 bench but couldn't quite get it.

On top of that, Crystal Tate SMOKED a 610 raw squat, becoming the lightest woman to squat over 600 raw.
