Ill be straight up DU, i never isolate my arms, i just recently started doing so a couple weeks ago. My arms just grow faster than the rest of my body.

My arms are 1t 17.5" unpumped, i think once i have been working out for a year they could be 20", hopefully!

op's measurement is huge(18.5'' @199lbs). for me to have 18+ inhes I have to be around 225 and up. my biggest measurement was 19.3/4 @240lbs. here's my arm measuring 17.75'' I was around 215 here no pump.
