I'm sure this has been hashed at one point but I wanted some input.

Only time I ever need an AI is on cycle. I have used Adex for years but recently had a conversation about Aromasin being better. Research seems to lean in this direction with it being easier on the body, especially on the liver and lipid profile. It also seems it helps free up more Testosterone.

Your thoughts?

The biggest reason why aromasin wins this battle hands-down, is that it’s a suicide inhibitor. It actually lowers the level of available estrogen permanently (in a fairly easy to titrate manner, aka hard to fuck up) instead of temporarily occupying the estrogen receptor and then letting a flood of estrogen have at those receptors once the adex is gone.

No rebound. Less chance of crash. No chance of sudden sky high E2.

Find what works best for you. I always tell clients to use aromasin if they can. However, aromasin does not always work for them. I had a client on TRT who was receiving scripted aromasin and still had estrogen in the 120's. Doctor was slow on prescribing arimidex, so I had him get some from a research site. Fixed it with .5 mg MWF.

I had no problems with adex but If there's a better way to do something, I'm all about it. Especially if I can get more out of that little gear I'm using and being healthier about it.

You have to find what works for you. Exemastane doesn't do it for me. Arimidex makes me feel like shit. Letro works well but only use it when/if in trouble, like to put out a fire. I don't run aromatizables very high so I mostly use nolvadex if needed. My goto is Primobolan which works well for E control and is also anabolic but the lipids take a slight hit in the dose ranges i use, which isn't much. When just doing TRT and using test P I don't need anything. when using Test C I needed a little and usually it's 1/2 as much Primo as test. Blood testing is key. I am pretty confident that using my protocols without any estrogen control meds in place I never run over 90 unless I get fluffy. So using Masteron or Primo can control my E. My joints serve as a barometer so to speak. If my diet is clean and my joints hurt then chances are my E is to low. it all really revolves around blood testing and making notes. Diet, BF, drugs used all play a role. Personally, I think estrogen is a key player in maintaining your health and comfort in this. To little is bad and too much is bad. The AAS used will scew it one way or another so that has to be kept in mind. Also progestogenic steroids can exacerbate issues as well but having the right amount of progestogenic signaling can support well being as well, important in cognitive and joint function.

Thanks brother.

I do BW about 2 months before cycle and about 5 weeks in. I don't guess.
