What's New?

Are most fitness models and "influencers" on trt dosages, or actual steroid dosages?

I am not talking about the obvious juicers like those monster IFBB pros with 20 inch arms. I am talking about the more realistic looking physiques, the type that many people would discuss whether they are natural or not. I figure theres some genetic freaks, but mostly I believe they are on gear, but i wonder if its trt level cycles or full blown cycles or sarms etc..

Examples for women

Jeff Nippard - claims natty, at his height I guess it might be possible

Most of these influencers run as much if not more gear than the pros. They don't have great genetics, train like pussies and eat like crap, so they try and make up for it using gear.

There are 3 of us at my gym who compete in men's bodybuilding who look like bodybuilders, but around 50% of the guys in the gym are on PEDs. I know, because they tell me they are. Nearly every single one is using more than the 3 of us and they don't look like they use at all. Why? Because they suck at everything else and are trying to use gear as a bandaid for poor habits.

Men with average genetics can carry 180 pounds on a 6ft frame, be lean and look great naturally. However, to get there, those people have to train hard and consistently, and their diet has to be good. If you've got crazy genetics, you can get away with a crappy diet, at least in your 20s and early 30s.

To carry over 200 pounds and be lean, a guy with average genetics is likely on TRT+ (>250mg/wk test), and is training/eating smart.

I refuse to get into it with people who want to claim they're natural like it's some badge of honor. He or she knows, and I don't know, and I don't care. Either way, a good physique takes time, hard work and dedication, and I respect that.

Right on the money man. I no longer compete but still get questions all the time from the tripod crew. They seem to WANT to tell me how much they do. Fuck some of these kids make me blush with the amount of gear they are using. Lol. 2grams of test a week isn’t out of the realm. Crazy

I would agree with the other comment as well….. steroids or not if your physical appearance is enviable then you are putting in the work, and I respect that. Just as the mass monster females of the older age doesn’t appeal to me… I still respect the dedication and hard work it took to achieve

All of the youtube and instagram guys claim to be on "TRT only", but they are all 100% full of shit. They do full blown cycles of numeorus compounds and, as GF mentioned, in some very high dosages. I respect pro bodybuilders, as the amount of time and effort they dedicate to their physique is incredible, but even those guys BS about the types and dosages of PED's they use. Hell, Ronnie Coleman recently said on a podcast that he was negative 0% bodyfat when competing. How in the hell does that even make sense?

Bostin Loyd was extremely careless and quite foolish regarding his PED use and it ended up killing him way too prematurely, but at least he was open about what and how much he took.

Haha. I love the guy who has to walk around telling everyone they are natty. Had a couple at nationals doing that. All I wanted to say was, "We know, your physique shows."

The longer I am alive the less I think it works to put people into big boxes. It comes from perspective. I joined my first gym in 1977. There were no steroids in that gym then. They were barely heard of then. It was an old run down YMCA. There were plenty of muscular men and boys. So muscularity is possible.

About an hour north of me is farm country. It's like going back to the 1950s. If these people lift weights it's a rarity really. Even the women are muscular.

Growing up I had this a girlfriend. Her brother, about 8 years old, looked like a bodybuilder. All he did was run around like an 8 year old boy. There are plenty of people like that. Are they all on steroids now? Who knows but the human species has those among us that have the gift and it runs the gambit. I am maybe a little above average. Just swimming as a kid I developed a chest and a back. The human species is designed to adapt, probably better than most animals. We don't need pharmaceuticals to become bigger, stronger, faster, and leaner. All we need is drive, a goal, hard work, some good food, a bit of clean living and some rest now and again. Mileage may vary depending on what the Creation gave you at birth.

Oh but they don't look like pros right? Well then use PEDs and stop worrying about what other people are doing I guess. If you live clean and do all the bits correctly, then you can look great, feel great, meet your goals and so on. Let the Instagramers do what they do.

Influencers are just background noise is a busy world trying to get noticed. Don't follow them, care what they say, or what they take or don't take.
