Good to see you K.What’s up guys. Been a min.
If so how much would you start at? Sounds like Reta is better for weight loss without the appetite suppression or constipation. But some appetite suppression would be good. So thinking using both would work really well. Anyone try it yet?
There does seem to be variability from person to person. Some love the sema, some the tirz, some the reta, and some will get crappy sides. Seems quite variable from person to person. My wife had about the same results but no sides at all. The RETA has been slightly better at controlling the appetited but the weight loss is not so good either. She is up to 3mg/wk. She is going to try the Tirzepatide next. I am not so sure this stuff works for everyone. She did try some Tensofensine 500mg/d that seem to do a much better job of controlling the appetite compared to the Sema.

I'm interested to see what the reta does to my lipids. My cholesterol, LDL and tryglicerides were high on my last bloodwork, and Big Paul on his podcast indicated on just 1mg/week reta, all three of his numbers came down significantly. I'm hoping to do bloods this week, and I'll report, as I've been doing the reta at 0.5mg EOD for several weeks now.
I think the efficacy on fat loss really depends on what your issue is. If you keep stuffing your face then semaglutide or tirzepatide are better suited. Most people don't realize how much damage they actually do when they eat off plan. I have had many clients diet recall what they ate when they cheated and it is often 4-5 times their daily caloric intake. Most believe they only took in an extra 1000-1500 calories when it was closer to 7500-10000.There does seem to be variability from person to person.
