My man took it and got good results from it. he does not remember anything else from it but that he got good results from it lol he compares the results like the results from creatine. Not good for PCT tribulus is best OTC for PCT <3 TG

I take it and yes It is similar to creatine for me as well. I take it in capsule form then zma's before bed. Works for me and it's cheap at $30 a bottle.
